In the unlikely event that your price gun does become faulty whilst in the warranty period, please follow the process below. |

| In the unlikely event that your price
gun develops a fault, the following process must be adhered to, this is
to ensure quick and speedy repair, or replacement of you price gun. 1 - Contact us on 0800 023 1115 to obtain a returns authorisation. 2 - Securely package your faulty price gun, along with your proof of purchase and a return postal address and telephone number. Please ensure your proof of purchase is included in your package as we are unable to accept claims for repair without it. 3 - Using a tracked shipping method, such as Recorded Delivery or equivalent, ship your faulty product to Shop Supplies UK LTD. 14 Oxford Road, Carshalton, Surrey. SM5 3QY. This cost is not the responsibility of Shop Supplies UK LTD. Please ensure you use a method of shipping which is tracked and insured as Shop Supplies UK LTD can not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. 4 - Once we have received your faulty product, we will confirm you product is still in warranty, and the fault is not related to any mistreatment or accidental damage. If these conditions have been met, we will either repair or replace you product. 5 - Your product will then be shipped to the return postal address provided via our courier, this cost will be the responsibility of Shop Supplies UK LTD, and will be tracked and insured. Notes 1 - Any replacement product maybe a reconditioned or refurbished unit. 2 - Shipping cost from client to Shop Supplies UK LTD. is the clients responsibility. 3 - Shop Supplies UK LTD, can not accept responsibility for products lots whilst in transit to us. 4 - Return shipping is the responsibility of Shop Supplies UK LTD. |
